ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Mrs. Sebolelo Ingrid Dimo is a South African black female professional and qualified labour law and industrial relations practitioner, with a strong practical working knowledge of integrated labour law and industrial relations methodologies, processes and practices.
She holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB), South African Law Society Practical Legal Training Programme Certificate,
National Diploma in Human Resources Management,
Certificate in Industrial Relations Management,
Labour Dispute Resolution Practice Certificate (LDRP), and currently studying for Masters in Labour Law (LLM).
In addition, Mrs. Sebolelo Ingrid Dimo has more than 20 years of labour and employee relations experience from the Commission of Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and various bargaining councils as a Commissioner, National Bargaining Council for Chemical Industry (NBCCI) as a Chief Executive Officer, Chemical Industries Education & Training Authority (CHIETA) as a Board Member, and Chairperson of the Public Service Coordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC). She is also a Training Facilitator for various institutions.
